Leadsxq respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data of buyers, referrers, and prospects (leads). This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Belgian data protection law.

2. Who We Are

leadsxq.com, leadsxq.eu and lxq.be with registered office in Belgium, acts as the Data Controller for the processing of personal data under this Privacy Statement.

From Buyers: Name, email address, phone number(s), company details, payment details, and communication data (emails, portal messages).
From Referrers: Name, address, email, bank account details. If applicable: company registration and VAT number, and leads submitted (including contact details of the prospect).
From Leads (Prospects): Business contact details, company information (sector, revenue, size) and project-related info provided by the referrer.

4. Purpose of Processing

  • To execute agreements with buyers (sale and delivery of leads).
  • To manage referral programs and pay fees.
  • To ensure compliance with Satisfaction Guarantee and Terms.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contractual necessity: Execution of agreements.
  • Legitimate interest: Lead verification, fraud prevention.
  • Legal obligation: Invoicing, ta, and accounting.
  • Consent: Where applicable (e.g., marketing).

We may share data with service providers (IT, payment) under strict agreements, legal authorities when required, and Buyers (full details only shared upon purchase).

Buyer/referrer data is retained for the contract duration plus 7 years (Belgian accounting law). Lead data is stored as long as necessary for the sale and warranty period.
