Leadsxq respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data of buyers, referrers, and prospects (leads). This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Belgian data protection law.

2. Who We Are

leadsxq.com, leadsxq.eu and lxq.be with registered office in Belgium, acts as the Data Controller for the processing of personal data under this Privacy Statement.

3. Data We Collect

  1. From Buyers
    1. Name, email address, phone number(s), company details, payment details
    2. Communication data (emails, portal messages)
  3. From Referrers:
    1. Name, address, email, bank account details
    2. If applicable: company registration and VAT number
    3. Leads submitted by the referrer (including contact details of the prospect/lead)
  5. From Leads (Prospects):
    1. Business contact details (name, function, company, phone, email)
    2. Company information (#employees, sector, contact details, revenue)
    3. Project-related information provided by the referrer or collected by Leadsxq

4. Purpose of Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To execute agreements with buyers (sale and delivery of leads)
  2. To manage referral programs, verify submitted leads, issue purchase orders and pay referral fees
  3. To ensure compliance with our Satisfaction Guarantee and Terms and Conditions
  4. To prevent fraud and misuse of our services
  5. To maintain communication with buyers and referrers
  6. To comply with legal and accounting obligations

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data based on:

  1. Contractual necessity (execution of purchase agreements and referral agreements)
  2. Legitimate interest (verification of leads, fraud prevention, business continuity)
  3. Legal obligation (invoicing, tax, accounting)
  4. Consent (where applicable, e.g., marketing communications)

6. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

  1. Service providers (IT, hosting, payment services) under strict data processing agreements

  3. Buyers (only anonymized leads are provided, full contact details are only shared upon purchase)

7. Data Retention

  1. Buyer and referrer data: retained for the duration of the contract plus 7 years, in line with Belgian accounting law.
  2. Lead data: retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the sale and warranty period, unless required longer by law.
  3. Referral verification data: stored for up to 7 years for audit and compliance purposes.

8. Rights of Data Subjects

  1. Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

    3. Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
    4. Restrict or object to processing
    5. Request portability of your data
